Who we are

Nimbavero is operated by PS Equipment Trading FZ-LLC, a Free Zone Limited Liability Company registered with the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority (RAKEZ), licence no. 5032130. Registered office: Office VUPR1067, Compass Building, Al Hulaila Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. Manager: Paul Sergounine.

We are the controller of the personal data described on this page. If you have a question about your data or want to use one of your rights, email support@nimbavero.com.

What we collect and why

If you contact us through this website. The enquiry form on this website asks for the offer you are interested in, your name, your company, your phone number and, if you like, a message. The form does not send anything to our server. When you press the button, your own email program opens with the enquiry filled in, and it is only sent when you send it from there. We receive it as an email at support@nimbavero.com.

We use these details to answer your enquiry and, if you ask for it, to prepare an offer for your business. Our legal basis is legitimate interests (answering enquiries from businesses, UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) and, where you are asking us to prepare an offer or enter into an agreement, steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).

If you email or write to us. We use what you send us in the same way, to reply and to keep a record of the conversation.

Server logs. The website is delivered through Cloudflare (its Workers platform). Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and the pages requested in order to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not use these logs to identify you or to build a profile, and we do not receive them as a marketing tool. Cloudflare keeps these technical logs only for a limited period, which it sets; we do not copy them into our own systems or use them to contact you. Our legal basis is legitimate interests in running a secure website.

We do not use contact details from this form for advertising mailings. If you are a business that we have written to about a website preview, see our separate privacy notice at /outreach-privacy.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies and does not load scripts, fonts or images from other companies' servers. We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, social-media plug-ins or tracking of any kind on this website. Because nothing is stored on or read from your device, no cookie consent banner is needed under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

If this ever changes, we will update this page before it does.

How long we keep enquiries

We keep an enquiry and our reply for 12 months after the last contact, unless it leads to an agreement with you. If it does, we keep the records we need for the agreement and for our legal and accounting obligations for as long as those require. After that we delete them. You can ask us to delete an enquiry sooner (see "Your rights").

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

• be informed about how we use your data (this page),
• access the personal data we hold about you,
• have inaccurate data corrected,
• have your data erased in certain cases,
• restrict how we use your data in certain cases,
• object to us using your data based on legitimate interests,
• data portability where the processing is based on a contract and done by automated means.

You have an absolute right to object to direct marketing. If you tell us you do not want to be contacted, we stop at once and for good, on every channel.

To use any of these rights, email support@nimbavero.com. We will reply within one month. If your request is complicated or you have made several, we may need up to two more months, and we will tell you why within the first month. We may need to check who you are before we share anything.

International transfers

PS Equipment Trading FZ-LLC is based in the United Arab Emirates, outside the United Kingdom. UK data protection law applies to how we handle personal data of people in the UK, and we handle it accordingly.

You give us your details directly: when you use the enquiry form on this website, your own email program sends your enquiry to our mailbox at support@nimbavero.com, and the same applies if you email us. Sending your details yourself to a business based outside the UK is not a transfer made by us.

We do use service providers that process data on our behalf and may do so outside the UK: Google Workspace (our email mailbox) and Cloudflare (delivery of this website). We only share your details with them for those purposes. If you have a question about how your details are handled, email support@nimbavero.com.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, please tell us first at support@nimbavero.com so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK data protection regulator: https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/
